Will Your Home Fail A Home Inspection?

One common question that homeowners or homebuyers have is whether the home will pass (or fail) a home inspection.

Will your home pass (or fail) a home inspection?

One common concern, by homeowners preparing to sell and home buyers alike, is whether the property will pass (or fail) a home inspection. This concern is understandable, but the reality is more nuanced than a pass of fail grade.

The truth is that home inspections (and commercial property inspection) are not about assigning a pass/fail grade to the property. Instead, a property inspection is about providing you, as our client, with the information that you need about the property to make informed decisions.

All homes have defects, as do all commercial buildings. It has been said that new homes have new home problems, and old homes have old home problems. We always find problems with every property that we inspect - residential and commercial, new and old.

There simply is no threshold of defects where we declare that a home has failed the inspection. Rather, we provide you with as much information as possible about the true condition of the property so that you are able to make your own decisions.
