Sewer Scope Inspections

A sewer scope inspection is a specialized, visual inspection of the inside of the sewer line from the house or building to the municipal sewer connection or septic system. A sewer scope inspection is performed by feeding a waterproof camera mounted on a long cable through the sewer line. The camera is connected to a video monitor with recording capabilities, and is equipped with LED lights around the camera to illuminate the inside of the sewer pipe. A sewer scope inspection to see problems that are hidden beneath the ground in the buried sewer pipes.

Aging-In-Place Inspections

Aging in place is a strategy to help facilitate people being able to remain at home – in their own homes – for as long as possible while avoiding being dependent on others due to declining health and mobility. While the primary focus of aging in place may be on aging homeowners, it also provides value to younger people who are experiencing mobility or other health issues due to illness or injury.

Home inspections, for the most part, are visual inspections of the areas of the home that can be readily observed by the inspector. We do our best to find any problems with a home, but we are not able to open walls or take a roof apart in search of hidden problems.
